I want them to be more shaped, I have a gel bra I got from Debenhams which was quite expensive, will it help make them rounder if I wear it to bed?
No it won’t change your shape, the only way to do that would be surgery, or motherhood. If you are still younger then 16 your not done growing and you breasts will probably get bigger and may change in shape.
The first time I got a real bra (not a training, that time I went to a store with my dad and it was one of the most traumatizing experiences of my life) I went with my aunt, but she didn’t formally measure me and I just tried on a multitude of bras until we found the right one. My old bras (A cups) don’t fit, and when my dad attempts to take me shopping somewhere, I don’t know my size and the stores don’t do measures.
So which stores will measure?
(preferably somewhere that won’t be awkward to go with my dad)
And also, what are the cup sizes in order?
(for example is AAA bigger than A/ is BB bigger than B?)
victorias secret will measure you over your bra and exisiting clothes…i am a bra fitter and highly disapprove of this method. please go to a store like nordstrom..your dad can go watch a game down in the mens department while you get fitted. they will properly fit you and let you know what size you are and carry a multitude of sizes that other stores do not carry. the sizes go as such:

A
B
C
D
DD (E)
DDD (F)
DDDD(G)
FF
GG
Sizes can actually extend beyond GG but that is the largest I have ever encountered. Everyone there is extremely professional and know how to fit RIGHT. Plus after you’re done you can goi grab lunch with your dad in the Cafe which is just as amazing as Panera Bread!

As you can see the girl in the picture has a small-bust and she looks great soo I’m sure you do too =) I don’t know of a website that has a bathing suit guide, I’m sorry. I can’t seem to find a 38 AA bra that isn’t horribly padded or really frilly. Does anyone make one that doesn’t show at all under a t-shirt?
Target will have what you are looking for. However, maybe you should wear a sports bra, because AA is really small anyway (not a bad thing :]) and it will be more comfortable and won’t show.
The lady in La Senza told me my bra was non-machine washable, what would happen if I did put my gel bra in the machine?

have almonds,pumkin seeds..and i wud suggest u while having shower use soap on them and pull outward..softly..or with mosturizer still it will take sum time..or if u want just right now use fake 1..but not too big..otherwise it will look artificial..and other thing is tht u can have dairy products..but it will also increase ur body fats in other area…

Says who you can’t wear long dresses? Put on a heels and most important that you shouldn’t feel inferior about your height and figure. Everyone is different so doesn’t mean tall with big boobs are the best.
I do not your skin colour so would suggest according to your petite size instead. Basically, I think Chinese should avoid very white if you are fair and dusty pink/tan brown/off white if you are tan.
Do not opt for big accessories so you will not be covered by it.
Choose something with slim cut and glitters or designs at the neckline will be nice on petite girl

double A for a 13 year old is fine! don’t worry about it.
there’s no real average at 13 because girls develop at different times so it all changes depending on how your body is changing through puberty.
