i need a bra help as soon as possible?

i need a trainign bra how do i ask for one and how do i know if i need a a aa aaa b c ETC or if i just need a plain training bra.

when you go to the store and you pass by the bra section just say , hey mom i think i need to start wearing a bra. or just go up to to her and say mom i think i need to start wearing a bra.

your mom will know what sizze you should be she could help you out in that. if you say that you need a training bra and im quessing you havent had one before your definatly not a c or a b. prob an or something.
there is a certain way to meaure what you are. you can look it up because i dont know it. but your mo should be able to tell what size you should be.

    some shops you go into will measure you for which size you need.
