I threw a small liter at the girl in the passenger seat and it busted her lip i got charged aggravated assult?

and its my first time ever in trouble, i got out on 2000 dollar bond which i only paid 200 cuz its like 10% but when i go back in 30 days whats gonna happen to me.

The person that said prison is most likely wrong. Prison means MORE than 1 year. You MAY do a few days in JAIL, but prison is VERY unlikely. That said, given the MINOR injury you state, and the fact you set a fairly low bond for a full month, I suspect some form of probation and/or fine for a first offense.

    You'll probably be convicted and as it caused an injury on a girl and was classed as aggravated then you may well go to prison.
    Depends what state you're in for the punishment. Google sentencing guidelines for aggravated assault state of whatever and you'll find the relevant guidelines.

    If you do go to prison please spend the time learning how to spell.
