My boobs are small, can i wear a push up bra?
I am like 14 and have small boobs size 32A which has led to low self esteem in me coz other gurls are quite bigger than me. Can I wear a push up to enhance myself or is there other ways of doing it too?

The only thing you can do is wear a push up bra. But small boobs arent anything to be ashamed of. But please dont stuff your bra or anything like that lol.

Sorry, hun. Sometimes, us women just have to be patient with our bodies. They are unique and all blossom in different ways. Don’t be put down because your boobs are small. Any guy who only likes a girl for that is a shallow douchebag who will get nowhere in life. I suppose a push up bra might help, but don’t go for a bigger size then your usual, because it could cause back pain, bot wearing your proper size. Hope I helped!

Pushup bras won’t help if you have small boobs. Be thankful you do, because I am a 36D and my back hurts and I get unwanted attention from guys :/

I was the same way. It sucks because i remember wondering why most of my friends had bigger boobs than me and made me feel young and look like i was still in middle school lol. But when I hit about 17 to 18 they grew to a final 34C and I was very happy with them.I think it was because i am so petite and im okay that it took so long, because showing your boobs off is trashy looking and highschoolers dont realize that. A certain amount of clevage is okay but not when your 14.
be patient with your body it will happen and if it doesnt theres nothing wrong with that its less for gravity to pull when your old lol

At 32A (my size and I’m in my 20s) you don’t have anything to push up! A push up bra is only good if you have something to, well, push. A PADDED bra is what you want!
However, you’re only 14. You don’t need giant boobies yet. You WILL eventually grow boobs. You’ll have a growth spurt around 16 and a final one in your early 20s. You have to be patient with your body. If you hit 16 and you’re still flat, buy a padded bra. Before that, giant boobies just look skany and distracting. You can’t just show up at school with a D cup or everybody will know you’re faking it. When you’re older and faking boobs is less noticable there are a million options. You can get padded, gel, water, inflatable, and regular bras. You can also buy silicone inserts and slip them in your bra for special occasions.
Be thankful you have small boobs now. You can do sports, you don’t have stretch marks, you’re not being creeped on by old men, and you don’t have back pain. When you’re 30 you’re going to have cute, perky boobs. Your friends are going to want breast reductions and breast lifts.
Try not to worry about it too much. Boobs are just extra fat, anyway.
You’ll also go up a cup size once you get pregnant.

Hey I’m a 32A too! I used to hate it, but think about it..you can really do a lot with a flatter chest. You can wear v-necks that would just look sloppy and too sexy on someone with bigger boobs. Many models have flat chests, and you know Kate Hudson? yes you can wear a push up bra but go for a gel push up bra (foam paddings harder than gel an feels less natural) also go for push up pads that are already in the bra instead of inserts they leave lines when u wear t-shirt go to victorias secret an dey can help you find somthin

gurl…i am 15 almost 16 and i am the exact same size as u…us small girls gotta stay strong and be proud of wat our mamma gave us lol….but i feel your pain when it comes to feeling like im being compared to others gurls, and iv learned to deal with it and not care as much…..but if u really feel the need to enhance yourself the flirtitude girls bras at jc penny’s are the best
oh and they can be on the expencive side…. like idk how much but target has other kinds of push up bras that r cheap and still work…….if u get the right size the bra will work wonders

There are no surefire ways to enhance breast without surgery. No foods, pills, creams or massages will help increase breast size. That’s what push-up bras are for! So go for it
